A New Chief Justice for a better Supreme Court?

     We all know that President Aquino have appointed Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno to head the Supreme Court (SC) of the Philippines a few days ago. The new Chief Justice is a female, 52 years old and will stay as the top gun of the SC for 18 years if nobody decides to kick her out of office at the end of Pres. Aquino's term.

     This is the first time that a female Chief Justice will take the lead, preside and hold the reins of the highest Court of the land. A lot of people lauded the decision of the President in choosing Sereno but there are also plenty  of sour-griping and mudslinging at this early point in time. I guess that's what we humans do all the time, sour-grape, spread rumors and other negative things about each other.

     CJ Sereno's supporters believe that she will reform the old, obsolete and dilapidated Supreme Court. Being a younger Chief Justice, she may just do that and this will surely bring benefits to the Filipinos. If CJ Sereno is honest, upright and God-fearing person as she and her supporters claim to be; then maybe she is a God-sent angel to us all Pinoys. Yup, it's about time that we have reliable and trustworthy public servants. We have been in deep shit for so long.

     The detractors of the freshly appointed Chief Justice on the other hand have already started the demolition job. They said that the new CJ failed the Psycho test/exam given during the selection process. They say that she's a nut-job just like Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago. Her critics also point out that she's the lapdog of the President because CJ Sereno always ruled favorably for Pres. Noynoy Aquino and his family.

     An example was for the higher compensation for the Aquino Clan for the Hacienda Luisita acquisition and distribution to the farmers. CJ Sereno also approved the issuance of the Hold Departure Order against Ex-Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo when the little bitch tried to flee the country to avoid her criminal cases.

     Let's wait and see what our new Chief Justice will do in the following weeks, months and years. If she can prove to the Filipinos that she's a good public servant by not lying, cheating and stealing from the people and not bowing down to the whims of the President then well and good. But if she ends up just like that old fart, ex-CJ Renato Corona then I guess the next President will kick her ass out of the Supreme Court after Pres. Aquino's term. Yes folks, that's how every Government should work; Public Servants should always serve and protect the people. It's our way or the highway!!!

Carabuena Apologizes after Abusing MMDA Enforcer.

     This story should serve as a moral lesson to all arrogant and cocky people (and nations too) all over the world. This should prove that money, material possession and power will never justify self-righteousness, arrogance and narcissism. Rich, famous and powerful persons should never use their prosperity and good fortune to abuse, exploit and insult poor folks. Such evilness will never be tolerated and will never go unpunished.

     Just look at what happened to that cocky prick, Robert Blair Carabuena. He acted like an asshole a couple of weeks ago by berating, pushing and slapping a hapless MMDA Traffic Enforcer right in the middle of a traffic clogged intersection. The Carabuena brothers thought they had the right to do that to anybody who is poor and underprivileged; the 2 fat bros think they are from the elite society and a superior breed of pigs. Lol.

     Well, the story took a weird turn a few days later. You see, the entire incident was caught by a TV5 camera crew who were also stuck in that traffic jam and after airing the whole shebang; all hell broke loose against the 2 porky asswipes. People who saw the mauling on TV and in the Internet ganged up on the 2 pork chops. The traffic enforcer on the other hand got lots of support, help and sympathy that he deserved from the public. Saturnino Fabros got promoted from his job, the MMDA fixed up his dilapidated house and more "blessings" came his way after that unfortunate traffic event.

     So Carabuena was forced to apologize to the guy that he maltreated at the MMDA Headquarters because of the public outcry and the deadly threats against him and his family. Yup, the tough fatso couldn't get out of his house freely because he was scared shitless that somebody might shoot his balls off. I think it was a good decision on his part to apologize publicly; the last thing that he wants is that some vigilante group might shoot up his car or his house and accidentally takeout one of his kids or some family members.

     So at last this ugly episode of arrogance and "Road Rage" finally ended in a good and peaceful way. As I've said beforehand, it's always better to be humble, honest, decent and helpful to others than being a bully. It doesn't matter if you drive a Ferrari, a Mercedes or a BMW; learn and practice good manners everywhere all the time and you will always be respected in return. Act like and asshole and you will get what you deserve....You can always count on that!!!

Ex-Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's neck getting worse?

     As usual, the camp of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is claiming that the ex-leader's titanium neck brace or screws are shaking loose. Her doctor's say that she needs to go abroad to have the experts operate on her neck. Yup, same old story and nobody is buying it anymore. Everybody knows that Gloria will never come back to the Philippines once she gets out of the country and that's a well-known fact.

     Gloria's doctors always tell the media that her illness is life-threatening but every time she appears on TV, she still looks so much alive and as strong as a horse. I guess that's what you get for being a lying, cheating and stealing politician; nobody will ever believe you again even if you are really telling the truth.

     Just like the story of "The Shepherd Boy Who Cried Wolf". You know, the story about a shepherd boy who kept on yelling that there's a wolf that was killing the sheep when there was none. He kept on lying to make fun of the other shepherds but when the real wolf came to attack the animals, nobody went out to help him because nobody believed that he was already telling the truth.

     Gloria's physicians said that the titanium plates and screws inside the back of neck or in her upper spine are loosening up and because of that her neck has twisted, which resulted to the deformity of her windpipe, voice box and whatever else that's inside her neck and throat.

     The docs said that due to this conditions, the former president can't speak, eat,  drink, swallow and even breathe normally and without any difficulty. The doctors fear that once the titanium screws suddenly give way, the twisting motion will block her airway which would result in her untimely death.

     Well, I think that's not such a bad idea. If Gloria chokes and croaks then she'll never get to see the insides of her jail cell. The Government will also save a lot of money if Gloria croaks since no more cases will be filed against her and that really costs a lot of time and money.

     I don't believe that Gloria's life is in danger, I think it's just another ploy to dupe the present Administration to allow her to go abroad to have an operation and once she's out the country, Gloria will ask for political asylum from that foreign land. Then Gloria and her family can enjoy their ill-gotten wealth for generations to come. Just like what the late Pres. Ferdinand E. Marcos did. Yup, I don't buy that lucky bitch's medical excuses. Besides, even if she does die from her illnesses then that will be a blessing to our people and to our country.

     I hope that all politicians that stole from our country end up the same way as Gloria. They should all suffer from incurable diseases and experience horrific pain as punishment for their sins. They have been elected in office to serve the people, to remedy the problems of the populace, to provide for their needs but instead of serving the people; they steal millions and billions of taxpayer's money.

     Millions of poor Filipinos are in dire straits yet these asshole politicians lead the best and most pampered lifestyles, thanks to our taxes. I pray to the Lord that these scumbags all end up like Gloria....sick and suffering from incurable ailments. That's the only way for them to pay for their sins....

Sen. Sotto's Anti-RH Bill Speech Plagiarized?

     My, my, my, some things really never change in this world. Once a thief, always a thief and also a liar! A couple of weeks ago, Pres. Abraham Lincoln look-alike wanna be, Senator Vicente "Tito" Sotto III made a very dramatic privileged speech in the Senate against the Reproductive Health Bill (RH Bill). Yup, it was a very dramatic privileged address since the former actor-comedian turned senator even cried his heart out after telling the whole world about the death of his son due to heart disease brought about by his wife's use of contraceptive pills. Did she swallow the pills and the wrapper? Lol. Well, it was really a heart wrenching scene; worthy of a best actor award!!!

     Everything would have been perfect, the whole shebang almost went flawlessly and a lot of people would have supported his fight against the RH Bill but I guess no evil deed will stay covered up forever. You see, Sen. Sotto's Chief of Staff; a lazy asshole named Atty. Hector Villacorta was the one who wrote the senator's privileged speech. It was a convincing, dramatic and full of sensationalism and almost a perfect discourse. A lot of folks would certainly be persuaded to avoid or stop using contraceptives if one would hear and believe the Senator's speech.

     Except....a part of the speech was discovered to be plagiarized from an American blogger named Ms. Sarah Pope! Jesus, Mary and Joseph!!! Now, that is really dumb and stupid huh? A famous Filipino Senator, bawling his heart out on national TV to put credibility in his speech and it turns out to be plagiarized? Or at least his Chief of Staff is a plagiarizer! Lol. What is this shit? Does this mean that our Politicians who are well known all over the Universe as liars, cheaters and thieves are also literary pirates? LOL!!!

     Now, I'm not really surprised that this happened. I mean, what else would you expect from corrupt leaders? If they are ready, able and willing to steal millions and billions of taxpayers' money from an impoverished country and from its destitute people; what are a few words and phrases? Yup, this totally proves to the whole Universe that our Politicians, Leaders and Government Officials are nothing but a bunch of scumbags!

     Ms. Sarah Pope did the right thing in exposing this shameful crime. Instead of apologizing to Ms. Pope, Sen. Vicente "Abe Lincoln" Sotto III and his Chief of Asshole Atty. Hector Villacorta denied everything and tried to justify their crime. They even fought and insulted Ms. Pope. Hmm, Sotto and Villacorta are not just a bunch of thieves, they are both assholes and asswipes too! Certainly these 2 pricks are no gentlemen; imagine denying everything even if they got caught red-handed and picking a fight with a woman! A typical characteristic of scumbag politicians and thick faced Sons of Bitches!!!

     So there you go. Never trust a politician to do a good deed. These assholes are only born to steal everything from us. Hold on tight to your hard earned money folks and don't forget to guard your "ideas" because they will hijack those too! Scumbags!!!

MMDA Traffic Enforcer Mauled by 2 Pigs.

     A poor Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Traffic Enforcer was mauled many days ago by 2 pigs. Nope, it's not a couple of cops or swines that attacked the hapless guy; it's a couple of big, fat, porky SOBs named Robert Blair Carabuena and his brother whose name I'll never wanna know. Now, before big or fat folks out there start ganging up on me for calling these 2 fatsos as pigs; I must admit that I'm over-sized too. Lol. Well, Robert Carabuena looked like a pig and I bet he smelled like a stinking boar too; but what's really worse is the way he acted that day. He was worse than a wild hog by berating, slapping and lambasting that MMDA enforcer named Saturnino  Fabros.

     It all started when Fabros was directing traffic and the 2 assholes brothers named Carabuena inside a green Volvo decided to disobey the traffic enforcer and proceeded on despite being told or signaled to stop. It was an intersection which was getting quickly clogged with traffic so the MMDA guy was trying his best and his duty to ease the traffic jam. But "Fatso Road King" Carabuena and his gang won't have any of that traffic aide crap, he was in a hurry go get home fast so he drove on. Maybe he doesn't want to miss his daily ration of swine feed!

     Understandably, the MMDA enforcer asked Carabuena why they disobeyed him. That question irked the Carabuena brothers and they both got out of their car and started ganging up on the skinny and helpless traffic enforcer. The 2 pork chops pushed, slapped and shouted invective at Fabros. Luckily, a TV5 camera crew were also stuck in that traffic jam and witnessed the whole incident and got everything on camera. The 2 porkies noticed that they were being filmed so they suddenly stopped abusing the enforcer and drove off.

     Th footage was aired on TV and uploaded on YouTube and the rest is history. MMDA Enforcer Saturnino Fabros is now considered a hero for being manhandled while performing his duties and the 2 Carabuena swines are now world famous for acting like assholes and asswipes! A lot of people who saw the video urged the vigilante groups to hunt down the fat thugs. Others suggested that that the 2 fatsos be fed alive to "Lolong", the giant crocodile that was captured here in our country. Well, I couldn't agree more to these various suggestions.

     So I'm calling on the Alex Boncayao Brigade (ABB) of the New People's Army (NPA) and the equally deadly "Sparrow Unit" of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP-NPA) if they still exist; to catch these 2 porky brothers and teach them a lesson or two about respecting the poor, uneducated and lowly folks. No, the ABB or Sparrow Unit don't have to gun down these two assholes, they can just kidnap them for a few weeks and feed them pigshit all day long and then maybe they will both learn the virtues of humility and lose a lot of fat in the process. Lol. Yup, the best way to teach these 2 swines a good lesson of humbleness is to make them at pigshit!!!

CBCP Threatens RH Bill Lawmakers and Supporters.

     The Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) held a prayer rally at the EDSA Shrine a couple of days ago to show force against the enactment of the Reproductive Health Bill by the present administration. A lot of Catholics went to the rally in EDSA to support the CBCP but I believe most Catholics are supporting the controversial legislation. The Philippines has a population of about 90Million and 80% of those are Catholics but all of them will  not necessarily follow everything that the priests wants them to do.

     In these hard and difficult times, it is not practical to have so many kids. Especially if you can barely make ends meet, it's really dumb and stupid to have a large family. Never mind what Senator Juan Ponce Enrile, Sen. Vicente Sotto III and Rep. Manny Pacquiao says about the RH Bill as Pro Abortion. They are all politicians and that means they are all assholes who only want to mess up all our lives for their own enrichment and benefit. Hell, the rich politicians can easily afford to raise 100 kids since they can always feed, clothe and educate them properly with all our taxes. With all that Pork Barrel and stolen taxpayers' money that they have accumulated for so many years in Government Service, they can have as many kids as they want! But that is not the case for the ordinary Juan Dela Cruz.

     There is nothing wrong with the RH Bill. It is not pro abortion and it is certainly not a form of abortion. The CBCP and the clergy are deliberately misleading the public and that is truly disgraceful. The CBCP who are all Bishops should not resort to black propaganda and misinformation to gain the support of the Catholics. Resorting to deceptive, false and distorted statements to convince the people to obey the priests and do what they want is wicked, sinful and evil. The CBCP threatening not to support any politician who will sponsor or vote for the enactment of the RH Bill next Elections is really laughable. Who cares about these crooked politicians anyway? Let them all go and burn in Hell! All these politicians did was to lie, cheat and steal; the Filipinos are better off without these pricks!

     I am a Catholic and I will always be one. But I don't agree and I won't accept the distorted interpretation of the Philippine Catholic Church and the CBCP's explanation about the proposed RH Bill. Let the couples make their own choice. God has given us the freedom to choose what is right and wrong, everybody should respect that. An artificial contraceptive prevents contraception and does not abort a baby unless you deliberately take medicines or undergo a medical procedure that is intended to kill or terminate the fetus. Condoms and pills prevent the sperm and the ovum from joining and fertilizing, if there is no fertilization taking place then there is nothing to abort and therefore there is no abortion. It's as simple as that.

     But the CBCP and the Catholic Church keep on distorting that facts and that pisses me off. The CBCP and the anti-RH Bill politicians can encourage the people to copulate, populate and keep on multiplying as long as they will provide all the financial support to feed, clothe and educate all of these children. It is not acceptable to keep on yapping and do nothing to alleviate the plight of the poor Filipinos. The CBCP should guarantee that they will take care of all the needs of all Filipino children from the first day of conception up to their adulthood and I tell you, every Filipino couple regardless of their faith will have as many kids as they can handle. Shame on these priests; instead of telling the truth and enlightening their flock, they are deliberately lying and misleading them. Remember, giving false testimony is violating one of God's 10 Commandments. "Thou shall not lie". Shame on you, priests!!!

Filipino Boxer Cheated at Olympics?

     A Filipino boxer lost the fight against a Kazakhstan fighter at the London Olympics a few days ago. The Pinoy boxer was 5 inches shorter than the his opponent but that's okay since boxing matches are based on the weight of the boxers and not on their height. The only problem was that the referee is obviously a biased asshole who kept on warning the Filipino boxer about head butting his opponent and even deducted 2 points from the Pinoy.

     The referee obviously favored the boxer from Kazakhstan since he never reprimanded, warned or deducted points from the fighter after wrestling, pushing and tripping the Filipino boxer 2 or 3 times to the canvas. It was supposed to be an Olympic boxing match and not an Olympic version of the UFC mixed martial arts. I guess the referee from Canada or something just didn't like brown skinned Filipinos at all. Maybe the referee felt that Pinoys shouldn't beat up white folks and that we should all stick to being caregivers or domestic helpers in their country.

     The Filipino boxer immediately filed a protest at the Olympic authorities about the bad officiating but it was immediately denied. Maybe the Olympic authorities also think that Pinoys shouldn't be at the Olympic Games too since we are a poor nation. Remember, the US also filed a protest in one of their boxing matches and the decision was reversed in their favor. I'm not saying that the Olympic authorities should also do the same in our favor but at least they should have looked at the tapes before dismissing the complaint. Maybe the British also think that Filipinos should also stick to being laborers and stop joining the Olympic Games.

     Well, they can do whatever they want; it's their nation and it's their show. But next time, they should warn us about the high probability of being cheated if your nation is poor and if it's a Third World country. The modern Olympics began in Athens, Greece in 1896 to promote a more peaceful world. In the 1936 Olympics held in Berlin, Germany; an African-American athlete named Jessie Owens dominated the Track and Field competition. Adolf Hitler, who was then the leader of Germany at that time was impressed at Jessie Owens; although deep inside I suspect that Hitler was really pissed at Owens since Hitler was the Father of all Racists and the Master of all Mass Murderers. Hitler ordered the mass murder and torture of more than 6 Million Jews in Europe during his evil leadership. I don't think Hitler liked Owens, a black guy defeating the "Aryan Race" as what Hitler likes to call his people.

     Hey, don't get me wrong. Filipinos are not sore losers; we just don't like being cheated. Yup, I hate cheaters a lot and seeing a fellow Filipino being robbed of a fair and honest decision in an Olympic boxing match is really disgusting. The Olympics should ban biased and prejudiced referees or judges, especially those that seem to be members of the Ku Klux Klan. Lol. The Olympic Games should be kept fair, decent, honest and free from racism and bigotry.
